Referral Tracking
Zona Shoppers will provide the Affiliate (you) with specific Referral Links and a dashboard for each Affiliate. Only sales made through the link will be considered referrals of the Affiliate and recorded in the dashboard. Zona Shoppers is not responsible for tracking or reporting errors that may result from any modifications to the Referral Link. The Affiliate is not authorized to modify or alter the Referral Links in any way.
Affiliate Fees and Payouts
Payouts are sent on the next day, after the 31 days refund period has passed. Eligible payouts are transactions that are at least 31 days old by the 1st of each month. If the 1st of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, western time, the disbursement will be completed on the next available working day. For the month of February, the disbursement will be completed during the month of March, accordingly to the end of the refunding period. The same with all other months with only 30 days; the next available disbursement will be after the consecutive count of 31 days. A referral will become eligible for payout (“Eligible Referral”) after the commission holding period of 31 days passes if it meets all these criteria:
- The payment of order is paid in full by the referred customer.
- The referral’s account remains active and in good standing.
- The referral’s account has not had any of its payments refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed.
- The Affiliate is entitled to receive a one-time payment of 4% percentage (4%) for regular products of the total order value (excluding shipping and taxes) in the currency of residency for each active Eligible Referral recorded in the Affiliate Dashboard. All eligible referrals are played out collectively on the PAYMENT DAY 1st day after returns and the refund period of every calendar month. This payment of 4% is of the current price on the site, either regular or sale price. For example, if the customer clicks on your link and by the time they bought the product, it was on sale, then you will receive the 4% of the sale price.
The Affiliate is entitled to receive a one-time payment of 10 percent (10%) for the referral and purchase of memberships of the total order value (excluding taxes) in the currency of residency for each active Eligible Referral recorded in the Affiliate Dashboard. All eligible referrals are paid out collectively on the PAYMENT DAY 1st day (after returns and refund period of every calendar month). This means the Affiliate will earn a 10% commission on each membership they manage to sell. The refund period for memberships is 7 days which qualifies for disbursement on the 10th day after payment.
- All Affiliate Fee payments will be payable in the currency of residency only, except as otherwise determined by Zona Shoppers in its sole discretion. Zona Shoppes will not pay charges for currency exchange. The affiliate or affiliate company will assume the charges of currency exchange.
- All Affiliate’s revenues go through the Affiliate’s payment processor selected.
- Dashboard. The Affiliate is responsible for providing Zona Shoppers with the complete and accurate details required to remit the Affiliate Commission and is solely responsible for any delays in payment resulting from its failure to do so.
- Referrals will become void, and any unpaid Affiliate Commissions will be placed on escheatment after 12 calendar months if there is no activity in the account.
- In the event of any activity deemed suspicious by Zona Shoppers, Zona Shoppers may delay the Affiliate Commissions’ payment to verify the relevant transactions.
Zona Shoppers reserves the right to recalculate, void, or disqualify any referrals or Affiliate Commission in the event of any fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal activity.
Advertisements
Zona Shoppers hereby grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Zona Shoppers logo, advertisements, and banners for the sole purpose of promoting our service within the context of the Affiliate Program.
This license will expire upon termination of the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program.
The Affiliate may only display advertisements that contain Zona Shoppers’ logos or service marks in good taste and use only the same typography, style, color, and all that define Zona Shoppers’ name and logo. The Affiliate may not use Zona Shoppers’ logo or service marks to portray Zona Shoppers negatively.
The vendor may provide the Affiliate with marketing material like information and images, but the Affiliate will be solely responsible for its marketing activities. All marketing activities must be professional and in full compliance with all applicable laws.
Zona Shoppers may, without prior notice, require the Affiliate to remove or modify any advertisements at Zona Shoppers’ sole discretion.
Termination
The Affiliate may terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program with immediate effect by giving Zona Shoppers a written notice of termination. The notification must be sent through the messaging system of the affiliate dashboard.
Zona Shoppers reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for conduct in material breach of this Affiliate Agreement or for conduct that Zona Shoppers, in its sole discretion, deems to be harmful to its business or any third party. Upon termination, the Affiliate will lose access to its Affiliate Dashboard and forfeit all potential or unpaid Affiliate Fees.
Relationship of Parties
Zona Shoppers and the Affiliate are independent contractors. Nothing in this Affiliate Agreement will create any partnership, employment, representative, agency, or joint venture relationship between the parties. The Affiliate has no authority to act on Zona Shoppers’ behalf.
Limitation of Liability
The Affiliate Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The use of the Affiliate Program is at the Affiliate’s own risk. Zona Shoppers makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning the Affiliate Program or any service or information provided through the Affiliate Program.
Zona Shoppers is not responsible for any damages, injury, or economic loss arising from the use of the Affiliate Program. Should any part of the Affiliate Program cause damage or inconvenience to the Affiliate or anyone claiming through the Affiliate, the Affiliate assumes responsibility and the entire cost for them.
The Affiliate will indemnify and hold harmless Zona Shoppers, their directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and third parties from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to the Affiliate’s or any third party’s operations or use of the Affiliate Program.
Modification
Zona Shoppers may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Affiliate Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Affiliates upon posting of the modified Affiliate Agreement. The Affiliate is responsible for reading this document from time to time to ensure that its use of the Affiliate Program remains in compliance with this Affiliate Agreement.
If any modification is unacceptable to the Affiliate, its sole recourse shall be to terminate this Affiliate Agreement. The Affiliate’s continued participation in the Affiliate Program will constitute binding acceptance of such modifications.
Miscellaneous
The Affiliate warrants and represents must be over 18 years of age to be qualified to enter into this Affiliate Agreement.
The Affiliate warrants and represents that its actions and its participation in the Affiliate Program comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and any requirements of governmental authority always.
Zona Shoppers reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program if Zona Shoppers determines, in their sole discretion, that the Affiliate’s actions or its participation in the Affiliate Program violate any laws, rules, regulations, or any requirements of governmental authority.
This Affiliate Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Zona Shoppers and the Affiliate. This Affiliate Agreement supersedes any other contracts or understandings between the parties hereto. Neither party shall be bound by any statements or representations that are not embodied in this Agreement.
Affiliate Privacy Policy
When you sign up for our Affiliate Program, we receive personally identifiable information about you, such as your email address, first name, and last name. This is the information that you add in the signup form for joining. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties for spamming you. However, we may share your personal information with third parties when we use their services. This includes third-party payment processors. We may also share, without intention, your information with our third-party mail processors. As such, we may store your email address in our email list. Under this agreement, you consent to receive periodical emails about our products, new releases, promotions, and anything else that can help you with your affiliate marketing. You can unsubscribe from our email anytime.
