Zona Shoppers accepts the listing of wine as the only alcoholic drink on the site. However, due to state, federal, and international regulations, the sale and shipping of alcohol are prohibited on Zona Shoppers, except for wine. This exception is under specific parameters.

Example of Allowed Product Listings
- May sell collectible containers, but they must not contain alcohol,
- Wine sold by pre-approved sellers,
- Alcohol-related memorabilia and collectibles that do not contain alcohol (Empty),
- Wine and beer making kits and products that do not contain alcohol (Empty),
- Alcohol-related accessories that do not contain alcohol (Empty).
Examples of Prohibited Products Listings
- Any type of alcohol is not authorized, including wine from non-approved sellers
- Any alcohol product marketed for customers over 21 years of age not pre-approved
- Any product that encapsulates raw alcohol
- Products where the main ingredient is alcohol
- Alcoholic beverages (except pre-approved wine sellers)
If you intend to sell International, please be aware your need extra documents. Keep them on hand for future verification (in any):
- Certificate of Authenticity
- Certificate of Manufacturing Process
- Certification of Free Sale
- Certificate of Origin and/or Age.
- Certificate of Health.
- Certificate of Sanitation.
- Sanitary Statement/Certificate.
It is the vendor’s responsibility to verify with a legal professional all the information BEFORE any investment or BEFORE you start selling.
You need to state the following information on the product's description.
- Clear lawful shipping statement about the specific states you are permitted to ship wines, the shipping restrictions (if any), and most importantly, the buyer’s age before purchasing the drink.
- A clear statement of each state delivery method. Each state has different regulations regarding the shipping and handling of wine,
- Identify on your site, you are an Approved Wine Seller.
