2. On your dashboard, go to My Orders

3. Select the product you wish to return  

4. Press on the Product

5. Press on Refund

6. The vendor will get in contact with your regarding the refund. Sometimes vendors offer a store credit or an exchange.

7. Please visit the vendor’s shop to verify all policies.

8. Please make sure you read the Return & Refund Policy

How to Track My Orders

1. Go to My Account

2. Click on My Orders

3. Click on the product you are inquiring about

4. Verify the information

5. If you are still not satisfied with the information, you can communicate with the vendor.

Refund Money

I have not received my refund yet!

Do not worry; the Zona Shoppers team will send the refund after the request. It will take 5 to 15 days, depending on your payment method. Most of the time, it will take 5 days or less after the request. If you don’t see anything after 5 days, you can contact us again at customer@Zona, and we will verify for you.

7. Send the vendor a professional message regarding your inquiries about the product

How to Make Change to the Personal Information

1. Go to My Account

2. On the Dashboard, you can either edit the User Information or Address
