Zona Shoppers Vendor’s Code of Conduct requires all sellers to act fair and honestly to keep a safe and lawful environment for buyers and vendors. The vendors must:
- Always provide accurate information about your products or services to Zona Shoppers and our customers.
- Make good use of the features and services provided to you by Zona Shoppers.
- Under any circumstance, you can damage the reputation of another vendor; neither you nor anyone related to your account can abuse other vendors, their listings, or ratings. These actions will incur the immediate cancellation of your account.
- Let the buyers be the ones rating or giving you their honest feedback. Do not attempt to influence buyers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews.
- Under any circumstance, send unsolicited or inappropriate communications if the client/buyer/customer does not want them. It is against the law and Zona Shoppers’ policies.
- The only way to communicate with buyers is through Shoppers-Vendor’s Messaging.
- Do not try to change the way we do things here at Zona Shoppers, so don’t change the sale-communication-service process.
Violating the Code of Conduct or any other of Zona Shoppers’ Policies may result in actions against your account, such as cancellation of listings, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and removal of selling privileges. More details about these policies are below.
General Guidelines
Precise Information
You must provide precise and trustful information to Zona Shoppers and our customers. You need to maintain the lead up to date; if any changes are made to your products, business name, business in general, or any other change that may affect the relationship between client-vendor, it needs to be addressed and updated immediately. For example, suppose you change any of your business identifiers, like a logo, name, color of the logo, or anything that may confuse the buyers. In that case, they must be addressed and updated in your account on Zona Shoppers.
Unauthorized & improper Vendor Store Names
The Vendor’s Store Name (identifying a vendor’s business entity on Zona Shoppers Marketplace) must be a name that:
- accurately identifies the seller;
- is not misleading;
- the seller has the right to use (that is, the name cannot include the trademark of, or otherwise infringe on, any trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person;
- cannot be identical or like another company’s name protected by trademark law),
- cannot be similar to another vendor’s store name.
Vendor’s Store Name
The vendor’s Store Name cannot contain the words “Zona Shoppers,” “Zona,” “Shoppers,” or verbiage like those words. Additionally, it can’t be a URL or web address. Furthermore, a vendor cannot use a business name that contains an email suffix such as .com, .net, or .biz.
Promotions
Promotional offers, Deals, Promo Codes, Rebates, Gifts, Combo Specials, Bundle Specials, Discounts, etc. (collectively, “Promotions”) are subject to change without notice. In addition, Zona Shoppers reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time, for any reason, and without notice, but will honor orders already placed.
Operating multiple sellers’ accounts
Operating and maintaining multiple seller accounts is possible upon registration of a new membership. If you have a legitimate business needing a second account, you can. Please, before registration, communicate with us at: [email protected]
In your request, please provide a legitimate reason why you need a second account. You’ll receive a response to your request within 12 to 48 hours. You must have the following:
- A current account in good standing with excellent Customer Metrics
- A separate email address and bank account for the new account
- No intention to sell the same products or services on both accounts
- Intention to sell in entirely different categories
- The inventory sold in each account must be different

Zona Shoppers and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all content.

Product listings
Zona Shoppers strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, images, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on the Site. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any changes to Zona Shoppers-controlled prices, specifications, and terms will be effective only after the effective date of the change and will not affect any dispute arising prior to the effective date of the change. Due to system, typographical, informational, technical, human, and other errors, we cannot and do not guarantee that all information, including descriptions, photographs, images, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, availability, and any other product-related information listed is accurate, complete or current, nor do we assume responsibility for these errors.
Zona Shoppers reserves the right at any time and without notice to update product information and to correct and/or remove product-related errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zona Shoppers shall, at its sole discretion, have the right at any time to refuse and/or cancel any order for a product whose listing on the Site contained erroneous information, including but not limited to incorrect pricing. If such an order is canceled after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, Zona Shoppers will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the charge. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Zona Shoppers are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Zona Shoppers does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section limits your rights and remedies under any law.
Acting Reasonably
You must act fair and lawfully and may not misuse any service provided by Zona Shoppers. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing misleading or inappropriate information to Zona Shoppers or buyers, such as creating multiple detail pages for the same product or posting offensive product images
- Influencing reviews or sales position: either by buying your own products, paying by click, using bots, or accepting phony orders.
- Increasing or trying to increase the price of a product after an order was made and confirmed. This is completely unacceptable and will incur the cancellation of your account.
- Trying to damage another vendor’s business or its products.
- Do not get upset with other vendors if they have similar products.
Feedback and Reviews
Work hard to provide great service and products at competitive prices. That is the best way to attract consumers. Please do not attempt to influence or inflate customers’ feedback and reviews. Zona Shoppers is a marketplace for everyone, not just for a few ones. Do not use:
- Pay for or offer an incentive (such as coupons or free products) in exchange for providing or removing feedback or reviews.
- Do not ask buyers to write only positive reviews.
- Review your own products or a competitor’s products.
Communications
You may not send unsolicited or inappropriate messages. All communications to customers must be sent through Customer-Vendor’s Messaging and only regarding the order or providing customer services. Remember, private conversations are not part of a business. Likewise, unsolicited information is not part of a business. Using your client’s private information other than fulfilling an order is absolutely prohibited. Anything that is not related to your business has not been placed on Zona Shoppers.
Customer Information
Receive customer information such as addresses or phone numbers to satisfy orders. You may use that information ONLY to fulfill orders and must delete it after the order has been processed. You may not use customer information to contact customers (except through Customer-Vendor’s Messaging) or share it with any third party.
Changing the Sales Process
You may never attempt to change Zona Shoppers’ sales process or redirect customers to another website. This means, specifically, any advertisements or marketing messages that lead, prompt, or encourage Zona Shoppers customers to leave the Zona Shoppers website are prohibited.
Prohibited activities include the following:
- The use of email is intended to divert customers away from Zona Shoppers.com and or Zona Shoppers Marketplace.
- The inclusion of hyperlinks, URLs, or web addresses within any seller-generated confirmation email messages or customer communication email messages.
- As part of the Zona Shoppers Marketplace Content Policy, the inclusion of hyperlinks, URLs, or web addresses in any product/listing description fields that are intended to divert customers away from Zona Shoppers.com and or Zona Shoppers Marketplace is prohibited.
Filing Infringement Notices as an Agent or Brand Protection Agency
Zona Shoppers wants you to follow the laws and respect the intellectual property of others. Many brands may choose to have brand protection agencies or agents report intellectual property infringement on their behalf and accept submissions from authorized agents. However, if you have an active account and file an infringement notice as an agent or brand protector, we cannot accept the such notice. Those notices could benefit your own selling account (by removing competing listings, for example). Any sellers filing notices as an agent to benefit their own status as a vendor may have their selling account terminated.
