What do Collaborative Marketing Campaigns Entail?
General Information
- Collaborative campaigns are strictly used for collaboration between brands.
- All ads are designed with the same level of quality.
- The seller provides the images. The team of Flunky Pixels will inform you if the image sent is accepted or needs some improvement.
- Touch-ups are an additional cost if you want us to do the work.
- The image must be professional quality since an aesthetically inefficient image can affect the entire campaign and other brands.
How the images should be for a collaborative campaign:
- It should have a white or neutral background.
- Images with bright background colors are not accepted.
- Derogatory or offensive images are not accepted.
- Nudity images are not received. However, if your store specializes in selling sexual objects, we recommend using subtle images. Our regulations prohibit displaying nude or highly revealing pictures.
- The images must be of your authorship and property. Unfortunately, we cannot accept images downloaded from other platforms.
The copyright law could protect images from other platforms.
We will never request authorization from other platforms to use their images, so please don’t request such action. - Images should not have logos or names as we use the same font and size for all photos. Therefore, if you provide us with a picture with the name or logo, unfortunately, we will not accept it.
How quickly you can start a collaborative campaign depends on the availability of other brands.
- At Zona Shoppers, we do not impose any company on participating in our marketing offers. It is an option for each of the owners. However, we do send internal correspondence about available spaces in future campaigns.
- The price of the campaign will depend on the number of brands interested—the greater the number of brands, the lower the price. We cannot carry out campaigns greater than five (5) brands. A campaign over five (5) would not be beneficial since it would be too much information for potential customers.
- All Zona Shoppers campaigns remain available to be viewed by customers and sellers. It is the best way for potential customers to review the marketing.
- Also, these campaigns are kept on record for 30 days on the Zona Shoppers platform. So, you will have 30 days of a campaign on a social platform and 30 days on the Zona Shoppers platform and the social networks used by Zona Shoppers.
Not bad for a one-time payment!
Note: You have the right to modify the brand’s position once (1). However, you will not participate in the final editing of the campaign because it involves other brands.
If you decide not to accept the image and not participate in the campaign, we will refund only 50% of the amount paid. The other 50% is the payment to the graphic artist.

- You should send a maximum of 8 photos per campaign, of which a maximum of 4-5 are chosen to make your campaign.
- You will have a base of designs previously made for this type of campaign so that you can get inspired. In addition, this helps you to visualize better what your campaign will look like. - For copywriting improvements, you need to indicate the product, URL page, and the specifics of which product you need us to work on.
- We will send you two (2) examples of titles and one (1) product description using keywords to improve your SEO. Of course, you can use any title you would like, as they are yours.
- All projects done at Zona Shoppers Marketing will offer one (1) or two (2) modifications or edits. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your investment once the designers or copywriters have worked on your project.
- Minor services are simple requests that you want to be done for your business.
- These services improve your brand awareness, sales, aesthetics, or copywriting.
The process is simple;
- you select the service you need to have performed and send us the image you would like us to use.
- Next, you need to add your brand, logo, service specifications, or product features to the request (do not add it to the photo, write the information on the form).
- Proceed with the payment.
- Between 72 to 96 hours, we will send you the sample for your approval.
- We make one (1) or two (2) edits (changes) based on the service paid. Therefore, choose the best example from the portfolio that competently suits your service.
For editorial enhancements (copywriting), you must provide the product’s URL page in Zona Shoppers and the product details you need us to work on. We will send you two (2) sample titles and one (1) product description using keywords to improve your SEO. You can use any title you like, as the results are yours.
Most projects in Zona Shoppers Marketing will offer one (1) or a maximum of two (2) modifications or editions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your investment (payment) once the designers or copywriters have worked on and edited (once) your project.
